Eric Klem having started his professional career in hotel sales management, decided to move to Atlanta to represent his family business – Klem Hospitality. His background in hotel furniture manufacturing and sales makes him an indispensable wealth of knowledge.
Courtney is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and an Ole Miss graduate. Courtney moved to Atlanta where she became a part of the Klem Group as an outside Sales Rep in 2005. She lived in Atlanta for 3 years before moving back to Mississippi to marry her college sweetheart. Courtney has been managing the West Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi territories since 2008.
Jill grew up in Jasper, Indiana – and is the fifth generation of her family to be involved in the furniture industry. She went to college at the University of Kentucky where she studied Public Relations. She joined the Klem Group in 2008 as a Project Manager, and now serves as Senior Sales Manager.
Philip is an Associate at the Klem Group with 15+ years of experience working alongside sales executives to drive client outcomes and growth. He has worked across numerous industries, including logistics and supply chain, information technology and services, hospitality, and furniture, to promote Customer Success (CS). Philip grew up in Jasper, Indiana, and went to the University of Evansville and University of Notre Dame-Mendoza College of Business. The great-grandson of Othmar and Mildred Klem, Philip, is the fourth generation to represent Klem Hospitality.
Ramona is a lifelong resident of Greenville, Mississippi. She spent many years working in the County Government and legal field. Wanting a change, Ramona joined the KLEM Group in January of 2016. She is the Office Manager to Courtney Ayres in our Mississippi Office.
Born in Chicago and raised in Georgia, Annette has loved the hospitality field since she can remember. Annette attended Kennesaw State University and graduated in Communications Media Studies. Shortly after graduating she began developing a business and expanding it into markets in Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte. After selling her business she switched gears to her new role at KLEM GROUP where she can experience the best of both worlds: Hospitality and Management. Annette loves traveling and trying different cuisines. On weekends she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Kim is an Atlanta native. Growing up in Norcross, GA and going to college at the University of North Georgia. Kim has been working in the optometry field doing everything from tech to optician work and contact lens specialist. During her spare time, she enjoys reading, long hiking trips, and decorating her home. She also fills her weekends spending times with friends and family.
