Eric Klem began his career in hotel sales management before moving to Atlanta to represent the family business, Klem Hospitality. His deep background in furniture manufacturing and sales — spanning hospitality, senior living, multi-family, and commercial projects — makes him a principal resource for clients across the Southeast.
Courtney is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and an Ole Miss graduate. Courtney moved to Atlanta where she became a part of the Klem Group as an outside Sales Rep in 2005. She lived in Atlanta for 3 years before moving back to Mississippi to marry her college sweetheart. Courtney has been managing the West Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi territories since 2008.
Jill, the fifth generation of her family to be involved in the furniture industry, grew up in Jasper, Indiana. She pursued a degree in Public Relations at the University of Kentucky. In 2008, she joined Klem Group as a Project Manager. Her dedication and expertise have propelled her to the position of Partner. Jill’s deep industry knowledge and long-standing client relationships make her an invaluable asset to the clients and brands she serves.
Philip is an Associate at Klem Group, specializing in helping design and procurement teams across the Southeast source contract furniture, lighting, outdoor furnishings, textiles, and accessories. With more than 15 years of customer success experience spanning hospitality, senior living, multi-family, and commercial projects, Philip brings a strong, service-driven approach to every engagement.
He grew up in Jasper, Indiana, and attended the University of Evansville and the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. The great-grandson of Othmar and Mildred Klem, he is the fourth generation to represent Klem Hospitality.
Ramona is a lifelong resident of Greenville, Mississippi. She spent many years working in the County Government and legal field. Wanting a change, Ramona joined the KLEM Group in January of 2016. She is the Office Manager to Courtney Ayres in our Mississippi Office.
Born in Chicago and raised in Georgia, Annette has a deep passion for design. She attended Kennesaw State University, graduating in Communications Media Studies. After building and selling her own business in the Southeast, she joined Klem Group. Annette combines her entrepreneurial background with a passion for great spaces and exceptional client service.
Kim is an Atlanta native. Growing up in Norcross, GA and going to college at the University of North Georgia. Kim has been working in the optometry field doing everything from tech to optician work and contact lens specialist. During her spare time, she enjoys reading, long hiking trips, and decorating her home. She also fills her weekends spending times with friends and family.
Michael, a Fort Lauderdale native, earned his degree in Horticulture Science from the University of Florida. Transitioning from research and landscaping to project management, his attention to detail makes him the perfect fit to help keep our projects running smoothly. Outside work, Michael enjoys staying active, spending time in nature, and traveling with loved ones.
